Jessica Malen is a writer and plant based foodie from Detroit. As of summer 2018, she is in Scotland pursuing her MFA in Creative Writing at Edinburgh Napier University.

She enjoys jalapeño margaritas, traveling, quality vegan food, yoga, and all things Celtic.
