Jessica Malen is a writer and plant-based foodie from Detroit. She works as a professional copywriter and editor. As of summer 2018, she is in Scotland pursuing her MFA in Creative Writing at Edinburgh Napier University.

Her favorite things include traveling, cats, quality plant-based food, yoga, all things Celtic — and of course, reading as many books as possible.

She writes in multiple genres and is currently working on her debut novel: the first installment in a fantasy trilogy.
